The service
PositionPing watches Coinbase Advanced Trade accounts that you connect with a view-only API key and sends you notifications — by email and, if you opt in, by text message — when alert rules you create are triggered. The service is operated by Brendan Barnett, Fallon, Nevada, USA.
What the service is not
- It is not financial advice. Alerts are notifications about data you asked to be watched, nothing more.
- It does not trade. The service accepts only view-only API keys and can never place orders, move, or withdraw funds.
- It is not affiliated with Coinbase, Inc.
Alerts are best-effort
The service is designed to be reliable, but delivery of any individual alert cannot be guaranteed — email providers, SMS carriers, exchanges, and networks can all fail independently of the service. Do not rely on it as your only risk control.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials private.
- Connect only API keys you are authorized to use, with view-only scope.
- Use the service lawfully.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing 97gmctruck@gmail.com. The operator may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses or other damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including missed or delayed alerts.
